Do you offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for villas and apartments?
Yes. Breathe offers a Monthly Maintenance Agreement (MMA) covering scheduled AC services, annual electrical and plumbing inspections, free handyman time, unlimited emergency callouts and discounts on additional services.
What does the Monthly Maintenance Agreement include?
The MMA includes 3 AC services per unit per year (every 4 months), one electrical and one plumbing inspection annually, free handyman hours, unlimited emergency callouts and 20% off handyman, duct, coil and tank cleaning services.
Do you do AC servicing and repair?
Yes. Breathe handles AC servicing, maintenance, installation and replacement, plus duct and coil cleaning.
