Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement applies when you buy something on this website. Read it together with the order page, which shows you the seller, the product, the price and how you pay before you pay. You accept it by ticking the box on the order form. We record the version you accepted, with the date, time and IP address.
1. The Parties

Buyer: the person or business named on the order form. Their address, tax details, email address and phone number are the ones given on that form.
2. What Is Being Sold
One of the following digital products, as chosen on the order form. Nothing physical is delivered.

A listing may carry a lower rate that we agreed with you. Where it does, the order form shows that rate.
3. Price and Payment
3.1 The price is the one shown on the order form and on the payment page before you pay, in US dollars. The amount does not change once the order is placed. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge for doing so.
3.2 The full amount is payable when you order, by Mastercard or Visa through iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.). Instalments are not offered. Subscriptions can be paid by credit card only.
3.3 Your card details go directly to iyzico and never reach the Seller.
3.4 The Seller issues the invoice to the details on the order form.
3.5 We do not take online payment in US dollars for a billing address in Türkiye. If you enter one, nothing is charged and we write to you to arrange the order separately.
4. Delivery
Delivery takes place in your account on this site or by email to the address on the order, within the times set out in the Delivery & Refund Policy.
5. Subscriptions
5.1 A subscription is charged on the day you order and then at the start of every monthly or yearly period, at the price on the order form, until you cancel. By ordering one, you authorise those repeat charges to your card.
5.2 You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by writing to us. No further charges are made, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
5.3 If a renewal payment fails, your access continues for 7 days after the period ends. If it has still not been paid by then, the subscription ends.
6. Directory Listings
Paying for a directory listing or for Featured placement does not buy editorial approval or a verified status. A person reviews every listing before it is published. If we decide not to publish your listing, or do not publish it within 48 hours of paying the publication fee, you get the full amount back.
7. Refunds and the Right of Withdrawal
7.1 You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason, by writing to [email protected]. We refund you within 14 days of your notice, to the card you paid with. The Delivery & Refund Policy gives the details.
7.2 If you are a consumer, this also meets your statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. We apply it even if you have already received or used the product.
7.3 Nothing in this agreement limits any mandatory right you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
8. Personal Data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, including what we share with iyzico to take your payment.
9. The Rest of Our Terms
Our Terms of Service also apply to this order. If they conflict with this agreement on a sale, this agreement prevails.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Please write to us first; we aim to resolve complaints within 30 days. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live, up to the limits set by law each year, and you keep any right the law of your country gives you to bring a claim there.
11. Entry into Force
The agreement takes effect when you place the order and pay. A copy of its terms stays available on this page, and your confirmation email links to it.
