By accessing and using Real Estate Club Dubai ("the Platform"), operated by Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Our Services

Real Estate Club Dubai is an online community and information platform for Dubai real estate. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, agency, or broker registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) or the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).

Our services include:

• Providing educational content, market analysis, and community discussions about Dubai real estate
• Connecting interested buyers and investors with RERA-licensed real estate professionals
• Publishing general information about real estate projects, areas, and market trends

We act solely as a referral and information platform. All real estate transactions, negotiations, and advisory services are conducted exclusively by licensed real estate professionals registered with RERA/DLD.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not use another person's account without permission.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Real Estate Club Dubai a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
• Spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other members
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Using the Platform for illegal activities
• Impersonating a licensed real estate professional without valid RERA registration

6. Real Estate Disclaimer

The Platform does not provide real estate brokerage services, investment advice, or financial advice. All property information, market data, pricing, project details, and availability are provided for general informational purposes only and may change without notice.

Property information displayed on the Platform comes from publicly available sources and RERA-licensed partners. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any property-related information. You should independently verify all information before making any real estate decisions.

Any real estate transaction you enter into is solely between you and the relevant RERA-licensed real estate professional. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for any transactions, negotiations, or outcomes arising from introductions made through this Platform.

7. Lead Referral & Data Sharing

When you submit enquiry forms (including Buyer Access, contact forms, and property enquiries), your information may be shared with our RERA-licensed real estate partners to match you with relevant opportunities. By submitting these forms, you consent to being contacted by our licensed partners regarding your enquiry.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Real Estate Club Dubai and Real Estate Club Dubai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any property information or market data displayed on the Platform
• Any real estate transactions or investment decisions made based on information found on the Platform
• Any interactions with RERA-licensed partners introduced through the Platform

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
