Fetch Dubai is an enrichment-focused dog daycare, boarding, and training facility in Al Quoz Industrial 3, just off Al Khail Road. Founded in 2014 by Dewald Coetzee and now co-owned with Alex, it operates as the first Fear Free Certified dog facility in the UAE, with a deliberately selective, membership-only intake. The team rejects command-based training in favour of a force-free, consent-based methodology built around five care pillars: nutrition, occupation, sensory experience, social connection, and physical fulfilment.

Services Offered

• Enrichment Daycare: Half-day from AED 85, full-day from AED 165, and Full Day Plus+ at AED 230 (two skills sessions and two rest treats). Mandatory midday rest from 1pm-2pm.
• Overnight Boarding: AED 200 (up to 10kg), AED 225 (11-20kg), AED 250 (20kg+) per night. Available only to dogs who hold an active Fetch membership. Optional add-ons include a Tuck-in (frozen Kong + goodnight photo) and Night-time Snuggles with a dedicated handler.
• Skills & Manners Practice: Force-free training integrated into every visit — loose-leash walking, recall, gate manners, leave it, cooperative-care grooming, muzzle conditioning, and cafe manners. Handlers are certified to Junior Trainer level.
• Dubai Puppy Club: Puppies join 21 days after completing full vaccinations including kennel cough. Smaller groups, gentler pacing, and daily updates via the Collar app.
• Central Bark Indoor Park: Climate-controlled indoor park with real grass toilets and temperament-matched, guardian-present sessions — AED 150 per hour. Currently for members; visitor sessions opening via waitlist.
• Membership: Acclimatisation month AED 660 (required before joining); monthly tiers from AED 330 (Essential) up to AED 2,805 (Ultimate, 15% discount, 16 daycare days).

Booking & Requirements

Arrivals and departures run Monday-Friday, 7am-1pm and 2pm-7pm; Saturday-Sunday by appointment, 9am-6pm. Administration hours are Mon-Fri 9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm. After-hours drop-off or pickup is available by appointment with 24-hour notice (AED 25 per hour). Intake is temperament-based with no breed or size restrictions, but every dog must complete a fixed acclimatisation process — initial one-on-one assessment, gradual group introductions, then a full-day trial — before membership begins. Boarding clients must hold an active membership. Drop-in visits are not offered.
