DAMAC Safa One raises the benchmark for branded residences in Dubai's most commercially dynamic district. In partnership with de Grisogono — the Swiss luxury jewellery maison known for its bold, nature-inspired aesthetic — DAMAC has created a tower that is as much a sculptural statement as it is a residential building. The signature element is a mid-rise tropical rainforest garden: a living, planted atrium spanning multiple floors that brings nature into the heart of the skyscraper.
With approximately 2,000 apartments ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms, Safa One is one of DAMAC's most ambitious towers in terms of scale and specification. Apartments are finished to de Grisogono's exacting interior standards — stone surfaces, curated colour palettes, and fixtures that echo the maison's jewellery aesthetic. The tower also features infinity pools with dramatic waterfall features visible from Sheikh Zayed Road, making it one of Dubai's most visually distinctive towers.

Payment Plan
DAMAC has structured Safa One with a construction-linked plan of approximately 60% during build and 40% on handover — a relatively back-loaded arrangement that favours buyers managing near-term capital.
