Rankings published by Real Estate Club Dubai ("RECD", "we", "our") at realestateclubdubai.com/business-directory/rankings-2026 and on associated category pages are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, financial, legal, tax, business, or other expert advice.
Readers should not rely on RECD rankings as a substitute for their own due diligence. Engaging any service provider involves independent risk; readers are responsible for evaluating providers on their own terms before making commitments.
2. No Endorsement, No Certification
Inclusion in, or omission from, a RECD ranking does not constitute an endorsement, certification, recommendation, accreditation, or guarantee of quality by RECD. Rankings reflect the published methodology criteria only, applied to information available at the snapshot date stated on each page.
The phrase "Top 10", "Honorable Mention", "Specialty Pick", or similar describes a relative position under our scoring methodology — not a categorical assertion about a company's overall quality, suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
3. Information Currency and Accuracy
Information used to compile rankings is sourced from publicly available records, regulatory registers (RERA, DLD, DED, DTCM, CBUAE, DIFC, and equivalents), industry publications, professional associations, and company official communications, as of the evaluation snapshot date stated on each page.
Information may change after the snapshot date. RECD does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for any purpose of any information presented. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RECD disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on a ranking or its underlying information.
4. Methodology Limitations
Each ranking applies a sector-specific methodology with public criteria and weights. Methodology choices reflect editorial judgement and may not capture every factor that matters to a specific buyer or use case. Specifically:
- Score breakdowns are based on publicly verifiable data only
- RECD-specific engagement signals (views, outbound clicks, verified status) apply only as a tiebreaker bonus capped at +5 for directory-listed candidates
- External candidates (not in the RECD directory) receive 0 on the RECD tiebreaker signal
- Manual editorial boost may be applied, bounded by [-20, +20], with rationale logged and disclosed
- Featured (paid) directory status is explicitly excluded from scoring code

5. Trademarks and Intellectual Property
Company names, brand names, logos, and trade marks referenced in rankings are the property of their respective owners. Reference to a company by name in a RECD ranking is for identification and editorial reporting purposes and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, licensing, or commercial relationship between RECD and that company.
6. Featured Listings — Separation from Rankings
RECD operates a paid Featured listing product available to companies in the RECD business directory at a published monthly fee. Featured status:
- Provides visual placement upgrades on directory category pages
- Is not a paid placement into any ranking
- Is excluded from the ranking scoring algorithm
- Is visually distinct from any ranking badge
On each ranking page we disclose the proportion of Top 10 entries that are Featured customers. We will not modify ranking position in exchange for payment.
7. Introducer Relationships — Separation from Scoring
Separately from advertising, RECD earns introducer fees: where a reader asks to be connected with a professional, RECD may pass that enquiry to a RERA-licensed brokerage, a mortgage broker or another service provider, and receive a share of that firm's commission if the reader transacts. RECD is not a brokerage, holds no RERA licence, and never charges the reader.
Rankings are compiled from public criteria under the published methodology. A firm's commercial relationship with RECD — advertiser, Featured customer or introducer partner — is invisible to the scoring algorithm. Specifically:
- An introducer arrangement confers no points, in either direction
- No entry in any published RECD ranking carries a manual scoring adjustment
- We do not promote a firm because it pays us, and we do not remove one either — both would distort the ranking equally
It follows that a partner firm may hold a ranked position, earned on its public record alone. Where this occurs, it is disclosed on the ranking page itself, counted rather than named — the same form as the disclosure made for paid Featured customers. Counterparties are not named individually, as these agreements carry mutual confidentiality terms; what is disclosed is the arrangement, the categories it touches, and its separation from scoring, here and in our Editorial Standards.
An arrangement entered into after a ranking is published does not retroactively alter that ranking. It is disclosed on the page from the date it begins, and the firm's position is re-derived from public criteria at the next methodology refresh like any other entry.
8. Right of Reply and Corrections
Companies that disagree with a ranking, a factual claim, or their inclusion/exclusion may submit a correction to [email protected]. Submissions must include:
- The specific URL of the ranking
- The disputed claim or position
- Verifiable counter-evidence (license documents, dated publications, regulatory communications, etc.)
We acknowledge submissions within 24 hours and resolve them (correct or maintain with documented reason) within 10 business days.
9. Opt-Out
Companies may opt out of being listed in any RECD ranking by emailing [email protected] with verifiable identity. Opt-outs are honoured within 5 business days and apply to future rankings unless reversed.
10. Editorial Independence and AI Use
RECD uses AI tools to support research synthesis and draft writing. All published content is reviewed by RECD's editorial team before publication. No AI-surfaced factual claim is published without source verification. Hallucinated content is a publishing block.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RECD, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. RECD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from access to, reliance on, or use of any ranking or related content.
12. Jurisdiction
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes arising from RECD rankings or this disclaimer shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

RECD may update this disclaimer from time to time. The current version is dated at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.
